HANDCRAFTED
They Don't Make 'Em Like They Used To
The Fleur House is brimming with original elements that exude quality craftsmanship. From the uniquely aged brass door hardware to the beautifully restored Red Oak floors and the original windows and doors throughout, this home is long on character. Adding to this, our design team brought in elements that enhanced the handcrafted feel of the home, including a hand-carved marble mantel circa 1880 that was shipped from Paris. To walk through the front door of the Fleur House is to be transported to a different - and beautiful - world.

A Bathroom Fit for a King (or Queen)
The Master Bathroom in The Fleur House is a true sanctuary. Artisan-level tile work sets the stage, with the floor tiles beautifully laid in a chevron pattern that will stop you in your tracks. The tile work continues into the expansive and beautifully arched shower, with a soaring 10 foot ceiling, which frames the exposed brass rain head shower from Waterworks perfectly. The custom double vanity has matching wall-mounted brass Waterworks faucets, which extend from the pristine Carrara Marble backsplash.

GARDEN
Parisian Patio Dreams
Seamlessly extending The Fleur House's living space is its exquisite garden. Multiple entertaining and lounging areas beg for friend and family gatherings, and the original stonework Santa Maria Grill is the perfect backdrop for the most memorable of evenings. The grounds are artfully planted with a very Mediterranean plant palette, featuring lavender, olive trees and a collection of more than twenty vintage planters that have been freshly potted. A synthetic turf yard completes the drought-tolerant landscape in beautiful - and low maintenance - fashion.
